As graduates, you recognize the value of the material you've learned in this course, and seen first-hand that it sets you up for success as a programmer.  That being said, success begets success, and today's programmer is tomorrow's hiring manager looking for other programmers to carry the torch.

And where better to look for competent programmers than the group of alumni where YOU YOURSELF got your jumpstart?  

So join the group.  And I urge you to think about your colleagues FIRST when:

• You need help

• There's a project you don't want / can't handle

• You're too busy and need an extra set of hands

• The boss is looking for a second programmer

• You change jobs and your current position is about to open up

Lastly, be sure to add each other to your LinkedIn profiles to boost your connections.  The more connected you are on LinkedIn, the more stable and valuable employers perceive you to be.  And don't think for a MINUTE they don't look!  Trust me - they look.  :-)
